FINAL JUDGMENT ~ .
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 21st day of November,
- 1974, and the Court having given full consideration of the parties
and subject matter~of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is ~

ORDEREb AND ADJUDGED as follows: . . ~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.~ The marriage between JOHNNY
DUBBERLY and MARY DUBBERLY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
i the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
; ,
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliqations

- arising therefrom. '
2. CUS'!'ODY AND SUPPORT: The Court reserves jurisdiction
as to the custody of the minor child of the parties, JONATHAN
~ ?dATTHEW DUBBERLY, and this matter will be determined by.the Court
at a hearing to be held on Thursday, January 9, 1975, at 9:0~ a.m.
The temporary Order of this Court dated March 27, 1974,
insofar as it relates to the obligation of the Husband, JOHNNY
DUBBERLY, to pay to the Wife, MARY DUBBERLY, support for the minor
child of the parties, is incorporated herein and the Husband shall

pay commencing Monday, November 25, 1974, to the Wife, MARY _
DUBBERLY, the sum of $25.00 each and every week for the support _
of the child named above'..
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ±
him remitted promptly to MARY DUBBERLY. In addition, there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments sh~a~l e made in i
