THIS MATTER caiae on for hearing and evidence was taken. Upon
stipulation~of the parties it is,
ORDERED AND--~IDJUDGED : -
1. That the claim of lien be and the same is cancelled and
ROBERT G. GRANT is directed to sign any and all necessary documents
to release said claim of lien.
2. That ROBERT G. GRANT has no claim in and to the duplex nor
the real property described as Lot 13, Block 167 of Unit 12A, Lakewood
, - Park Subdivision, and he is directed to sign any and all necessary
~ documents to release any. purported claim thereto. ~ ~

3. That out of the funds remaining in the escrow account of
Philip Dlourse that $3,000.00 will be paid to the Plaintiff, AMERICAN
HOMES AND MORTGAGE, INC., and $3,500.00 paid to the Defendant, ROBERT
G. GRANT, with the balance applied to costs.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause is retained for the entry of such
further and other cause as may be necessary.
