Lucie County, Flor ida, and W~REAS, Laura Hancock has made certairi agreements with the Purchaser-relating to the payment of her commission, the parties do hereby agree, for good and valuable consideration, as follows: l. That Laura Hancock be paid Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) at the closing of this transaction. 2. That Laura 8ancock be paid Ten Thousand Dollars ($10~.000.00) ~r upon re-sale of the property,~ k 3.
