This Agreement made this ,Zt r, day of December, 1973, between
LAURA HANCOCK, Party of the Firat Part, and ~Rr
~ , Party of the Second Part, hereinafter
referred to as Purchaser,
WI~RTAS, Laura Sancock has rendered.certain services covering the
~sale of the following described property:
The NW~ of Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, ~
I,SSS the following portiona thereof: The West~ d the ~
NW~ of the NW~; and LBSS the North 40 feet of the NW~;
and LSSS the South ]25 feet of the NW~x, St~. Lucie County,
Flor ida,
and
W~REAS, Laura Hancock has made certairi agreements with the
Purchaser-relating to the payment of her commission, the parties
do hereby agree, for good and valuable consideration, as follows:
l. That Laura Hancock be paid Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
at the closing of this transaction.
2. That Laura 8ancock be paid Ten Thousand Dollars ($10~.000.00)

k 3. That Lau~a Hancock has agreed to take and the purchaser has

4. It is understood by all parties that title is beinq tak~en i.n
the Purchaser's name, but that various persons have various percentage
interests in the property and that Laura Hancock's interest should be
ten percent (1096) , which she~ is accepti~~~. lieu of Twelve Trousand

Dollars ($~2,000.00), being ttie balance of the commission due of
Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). '
5. Laura Hancock understands and agrees that she is responsible
for ten percent (1096) of all payments due on the mortgage e~cuted
hereunder, taxes, assessments, and any other necessary and proper ~
