DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for -tri.al the 20th day- of November, 1974, _
and the Ca~urt having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction~of the parties and
subject matter of_this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now ~
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties ~
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is t,hereupon
pRDERED p~ND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marri.age between PHILLIP DOUGI+P?S
g~LNUT, Husband, and SIIARON LYNN S~LNUT, Wife, be and the same is
~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
` freed from the bonas of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

from the obligations~arising therefrom._ ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of VICKI Sffi:LNUT, PSILLIP DOUGIAS S~LNUT,
JR., and TIMOTHY S~LNUT, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, SHARON LYNN S~LNUT, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband, PHILLIP DOUGLAS S~7~NUT. ~
3. SIIPPORT.- Commencing the lst day of December, 1974, the
Husband, PHILLIP DO~LTTGIAS 3I~LNUT. Shall Pay to the Wife, SHARO~T LYNN
g~I,NUT, the sum of One Hundred Ten Dollars ($110.00) per child, each
~
~ and every month, for the support of the children named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to the Wife, Sffi~RON LYNN S~LNUT. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
BQQKF.V~i P~CE~~ .
