FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for final hearing this day ~
of , 19?4, and the wife having appeared with ~
counsel and a default having been entered against the husband
for failure to file an answer or other pleadings and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
~ determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and _
. ,

sub3sct matter of this suit; that the relations of husband and t
wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with the
wife and against the husband and the wife is entitled to a
t
dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon,
pRDERED AND AT~TUDGID as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DOSHIA TFF

~ MITCHELL and BENJAMIN MITCHELL, be and the same is hereby
_
dissolved, and the said parties and each of them is hereby freed =

from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them. -
' 2. CUSTODY. That the wife shall have custody of DOSHIA
ELIZABETH, BENJAMIN RANDOLPH, WILLIE CLYDE, ALICE, RONNIE LEE
and HARVEY LF~E, minor children of the parties with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 4th day of November, 1974,
the husband shall pay tothe Clerl~ of this Court the total sum of
~50.00 per week for support of the minor children, which shall
` be remitted promptly by the Clerk to the wife. In addition .
thereto is hereby assessed the sum of ~1.00 as costs to be added
to each payment made to the_Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made ~

in cash, money order or cashier~s check. .Husband and wife are `
