4. That the wife shall have exclusive end permanent
possession of the marital premisea located at 3110 Avenue D,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and the husband is ordered to remove all
of his clothing and personal effecta from said premi~es within
10 days of receipt of the Final Judgment.
5. The Court fir~ds that the parties are the owners as
tenants by the entirety for the following deacribed real estate:
Lot 17, Block 31, PARADIST
PARK SUBDIVISION as recorded
in the Public Records of Saint
- Lucie County, Florida. .
That upon entrance of this decree the parties shall be tenants
in common to the above described property. '
6. The the exclusive and permanent possession of the 19?3
automobile is hereby granted to the husband sub~ect to the
outstanding balance due and owing on this vehicle which shall
be the sole responsibility of the husband.
7.~ That each party is hereby enjoined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing, molesting, threatening the other
in any manner whatsoever. ~
8. The Court determines the sum of ~350.00 to be a reasonable
attorney's fee and the husband is ordered to pay said attorney
said sum, together with costs herein assessed at #30.50.

i 9. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is

~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
