IInited IItilitiea, Incorporated), acqnired all the asaets of IRTSSr
Covx~, and duly ezecnted an assnmPtion of all obli.gations in respect
of Bonds of all Series issned by said Ixxs~Covx~ T~rsoxa &
Tsi.$a$sr$ Co~paxY, said assnmption being evidenced by the Fifteenth
Snpplemental Indentnre to the Original Indentnre; and
Wssx~ss, the Company, snbseqnent to ita asanmption of the obli-
gations of Ix~rsa-Covx~ wnder the Orig'uuial Indentare, has entered
into Siateenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Nineteenth and Twentieth
~npplemental Indentnrea; and
