Ssc~riox 1. There ahall be and ia hereby created a series of bonds
entitled "First ~ortgage Bonds, 8eries Q" (hereinafter sometimea
referred to as "Series Q bonds" or "bonds of Series Q"). Series Q
bonds shall be fully reg'istered bonda ~ithont conpons of the denomina-
tion of $1,000 and mnltiplea thereof. The bonds of Series Q iasned
pnranant to Section 7 of this Article I shall be dated November 15,1974.
Other bonds of Series Q shall be dated as of the date of their anthenti-
cation. All Seriea Q bainds shall bear interest from the fifteenth day of
lliay or November, as the case may be, negt preceding the date of snch
bond to which interest has been paid, nnieas the date of snch bond ia the
date to which interest has been paid, in whicb case from the date of
snch bond, or nnless the date of snch bond ia prior to the first payment
of interest, in which case from November 15, 1974. Notwithatanding the
