' R series redeemed pnranant to Section 62 or 63 of the Original Indentnre
t; with moneys paid to or deposited with the Trnstee PnrBnant to said

` interest accrned to the date of redemption, withont preminm; and bonda
of snch series redeemed pnrsnant to Section 62 of the Original Inden-
tnre with moneys paid to or deposited with the Trnstee pnranant to
Section 39 thereof shall be redeemed at their principal amonnt plns
interest accrned to the date of redemption, withont premivm.
- S$c~ox 5. Bonda of Series Q npon enrrender tLereof at the office
of the bond registrar in the City of Chicago, Illinois, may be exchan8ed ~
for the same aggregate principal amonnt of bonda of that series.
Within a reaaonable time aft$r the receipt of a reqnest for anch an
ezchange the Company ahall issne and the Trastee shall anthenticate .
and deliver all bonda reqnired in connection therewith, and the Trnstee
- shall make snch eachange npon payment to i~ of snch charge, if any,
as is reqnired bp the following paragraph.
For~ any eacharige of Bonds of Seriea Q for other of snoh bonds
the Company, at ita option, may require the payment of a snm anfficient
to reimbnrse it for any atamp or other taz or governmental charge
reqnired to be paid by the Company or the Trnstee.
S$czzox 6. Bonds of Series Q shall be nnmbered "8-1" and con-
secntively npwarde.
