This cause coming on to be heard this daq upon Motion
for Withdrawal of J. Michael Brennan of the law~ftrm of Smith
and Brennan as attorneys of record for the Husband, and the
Consent for such withdrawal by Joseph A. Wagner, Husband herein,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that J. Michael Brennan of the law
firm of Smith and Brennan is released as attorney of record for
Joseph A. Wagner, Husband in the above entitled cause, it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all future notice be
j sent to Joseph A. Wagner at Rt. 3, Box 292, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
