FINAL JODGMENT
~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
~ This cause came~on for trial the 8th day of November,
19'74 and the Court having given full considexation to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter af this suit; that the _
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; .
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between RICHARD G. WELLS and DORIS
J. WELLS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

~ matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom. _
2. Custody of.VICTORIA LYNN WELLS and AMY ELIZABETH
WELLS, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to DORIS
J. WELLS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RICHARD
G. WELLS. Commencing November 15, 1974 RICHARD G. WELLS shall
have the custody of said minor children every other weekend from
six p.m, on Friday to six p.m. on Sunday. In addition, RTCHF,RD
G. WELLS shall have the custody of said minor children for one
week each year during the Christmas vacation. DORIS J. WELLS,
shall have the minor children with her on Christmas Day of 1974,
RICHARD G. WELLS shall have the minor children with him on
Christmas Day of 1975 and thereafter the parties hereto shall
have the minor children with them on alternate Christmas Days
