the minor children above named he shall not drink any
alcoholic beverage or engage in any ilZicit affair with any -
woman. Whenever DORIS J. WELLS has the custody of the minor
children above named she shall not drink any alcoholic beveraqe.
4. Commencinq November 15, 1974 RICHARD G. WELLS
shall pay to DORIS J. WELLS the swn of $37.50 each and every ~
week for the support of each of the children named above, making
a total weekly payment of $75 to be paid for the support of said .

- Sach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~
- and b him remitted promptly to DORIS J. WELLS. In addition

there is hereby assessed the swn of $1.00 as statutory costs to _
be added to each payment made to the C~lerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect. ~
i 5. RICHARD G. WELLS shall be responsible for and pay

~ all medical and dental bills incurred for treatment of the minor
~ children above named.
6. RICHARD WELLS shall be responsible for and pay -
all chattel mortgage payments remaining due on the 1973 Ford LTD s
and insurance on said automobile; and when the existing lien on
said automobile is fully satisfied RICHARD G. WELLS shall execute
_ any necessary instrument so as to transfer title thereto into the
sole name of DORIS J. WELLS.Wife shall have immediate possession .
of said automobile.
7. ' The Court determines the sum of $500 to be reason-
~ able for the Wife's attorney ~or his services herein and RICHARD .
G. WELLS is ordered to pay to Robert Randolph, Esquire, said suni
together with any costs expended.
