F'INAL JUDGMENT
' DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial Noveml~er 21, 1974, and the

-court having given full consideration~to all the evidence, finds
- and determines that this court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ~
i
~nd wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
~
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be }
dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:-

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOY ANN
COOK and JOHN WILLIAM COOK be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and°each of them are hereby forever freed from
- the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from tiie obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOItN D. CQOK, RICHARD G. COOK and

s RAND~LL COOK, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded '

~ to JOY ANN COOK with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
~ JOHI~I WILLIAM COOK.

! 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 29th day of November, 1974, ~

~ JOHN WILLIAM COOK shall pay-to JOY ANN COOK the sum of $75.00
each and every week, for the support of the children named above.
i Said payment shall continue each and every week until each child

} reaches majority, marries or becomes self-supporting. :

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to JOY ANN COOK. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
