visitation with the children, and may have one month of the
summer vacation, at which time the children will be in his care

10. As to Insuraance: the Hus~and has agreed that he
. will continue to-keep in.full force a~nd effect his major medical ,

providing that the children shall be the named beneficiaries.
That~ in the event ~he ~is unable to pay the said premiums, he shall,
within thirty days prior to the default period, advise the Wife ~

11. That'as consideration for all of the above, the _
