In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have received, I/we and those holding th~ough me/us, grant and.give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its sucxessors and assigns an easement fo~ the oonstniction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, cor~duits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~~ght to reconstruct,~imprave, adrl to, cha~
the size of or remove such facitities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions

to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 47, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to
and parallel with the East right-of-way line of Emerson Avenue as it
