In conside~ation of the payment to melus by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the constniction, ope~ation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reoonstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
