In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & light Company of 51.00 and other good and
valuabie consideration which i/we have ~eceived, I/we and those holding th~ough me/us, grant and give to Flo~ida ~
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facitities (including wires, poles, guy~, cables, oonduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment? to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change i
the size of o~ remove wch facilities qr any of them; to permit the attachment of oondu'~ts,, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim a~d keep clea~ all trees„ bnish and urxlergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described -
as follows; .

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to and
