This cause coming to be heard upon W~LI~IAM F. WILLSS'
Motion for Contempt Order and Notice of ~earing for failure of
the Husband to pay attorneys fees, and the Husband having been
present.in Court and acknowledging the indebtedness;
The Court finds that SUGSI~ F. FARINSAU owes to WILI~IAM F.
~
~WILLSS the sum of Eighty ($80.00) Dollars on attorneys fees
previously awarded in that certain Final Judgment herein dated
December 19, 1972 together with costs of Seven-($7.50) Dollars
and 50/100 for a total of Eighty Seven ($87.50) Dollars and 50/100.
~ It is therefore ORDERED as follows:
~ 1. The Husbahd, EUG$I~ F. FARII~AU is found to be inwn-
~
~ tempt of this Court for failure to pay the attorneys fees previously
~ -
awarded; however, the Husband may purge himself of that contempt _
by paying the sum of. Five ($5.00) Dollars to WII,LIAM F. WILLES on
Friday, November 22, 1974, and a like sum on the Friday of each
week thereafter until the ful.l Eighty-Seven ($87.50) Dollars and
50/100 is paid.
2. Upon failure of the Husband to make the payments herein

~ provided, he may be presented to this Court for sentencing for his

contempt. .
