ORDSR ON MOTION FOR CONTEMPT~ "
Ttiis cause came on to be heard upon William F. Willes'
Motion for Contempt Order and Notice of Hearing, and the Husband
having been present before the Court and acknowledging the
indebtedness to the said William F. Willes for attorneys fees
u nder that certain Final Judgment herein dated July 23, -1971;
The Court finds that STEVSN T~+4iYi~ 1~ICELY owes William _
F. Willes the sum of One Hundred F+orty-Five ($145.50) Dollars
and 50/100 together with costs of service herein in the amount "
of Seven ($7.50j Dollars and 50/100 for a total of One Hundred
' Fifty-Three ($153.00) Dollars. .
I It is therefore ORD$RED as follows:

~ 1. The Court finds STSVEN ~YI~ NICEI~Y to be in contempt
of this Court and Orders him to serve ten (10) full days in the
St. Lucie County Jai-1.
2. The said STEVEN WAYI~ NICELY may purge himself of the
sentence imposed by Paragraph l above by paying to William F. Willes
the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Three ($153.00) Dollars within ten (10)
days of the entry of this Order.
3. Upon failure of the Husband to purge himself as set out

~ in Paragraph 2 above, upon Affidavit, this Court will enter an Order

of Commitment for service of the sentence imposed herein without
further notice to the Husband. ,
