WHEREAS, EVANS PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called-"Evans," and ST~TART B. IGLEHART and PHILIP
B. IGLEHART, hereinafter called "Iglehart," entered into an
Eas.ement and Agreemer?t dated January 8, 1963, affecting cer- ,
tain lands ~ in St.. Lucie County, Florida, and recorded in Official
Record Book 54, pages 252, etc., and
~ WHEREAS, EVANS PROPERTIES, INC., a Floricia corporation,
hereinafter called "Evans," and PHILIP B. IGLEE~ART and ROSALIND
B. IGLEHART , and STEWART B. I GLEHART and LINDA P. IGLEHART _
hereinafter called "Iglehart and wives," entered into an Agree- 3p ~

. ment riated April 19, 1963, affecting certain lands in St. Lucie
~ounty, ~lorida, ana ~ ~
, the drainage and irrigation canal provided _
for irt'paragraph 2 of said Agreement dated~April 19, 1963, has_
now been constructed by Evans, and Evans is naw entitled to the ~

~ ~ Release and Quitclaim Deed provided for in paragraph 1 of said

NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideratian by ,
each party in hand paid by the other, and in consideration of
the mutual covenants and conditions herein contained, the
parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:
1. Iglehart and wives do hereby quitclaim and release
to Evans, its successors and assigns, all rights and privileges

they, and each of them, have in, to and upon the following
