above described in this paragraph. ~
2. Evans does hereby grant to Iglehart and wives, and _
their heirs and assigns, an easement and right to use the drain-
age and irrigation canal constructed by Evans pursuant to para-
~.4Yr ~~f ~.ArorPP~ant dated Aoril 19: 1963, in com~aaon, hawever,
with Evans, its successors and assigns, and W. W. Carltan.and Ray-
mond C. Olson, and their heirs and assigns. Iglehart and wives
~ and their heirs and assigns shall have t~e further right to cormect
to the aforesaid canal constructed by Evans, any ditches or canals
crn,structed bv Ielehart and wives upon other easements reserved '
or gr~nted to Iglehart and wives pursuant to said Easement and
- Agreement dated Jamiary 8, 1963,.and recorded in Official Record
Book 54, pages 253, etc., public records of St. Lucie County,
~ - Florida, and in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.

3. Except as herein expressly amended, altered or ter-
minated, a11 rights, privileges, options and conditions of said-
