held by it to the satisfaction of such indebtedness, without prej-
udice to sny of its rights hereuader.

assig~oaent of aay interest therein has been made except on a basis

ing defaults under the sub3ect aatter of this assignment, and that
said assignor vill not hereafter cancel, surrender or terminate

in vriting of this assign~ent to any lessee or sublessee.
