THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the petition - ~
filed by the wife for temporary relief, and the wife having
appeared with her counsel, it is thereupon
- ~ORDERED AND ADJUDGID:
1. That temporary possession of the home owned by
the parties located at 2706 Juanita Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, is hereby granted to the wife pendente lite and the

~ husband is ordered to remove all his personal belongings by -
6:p.m. on the 26tn aay of November, 1974, V
; 2. - That both parties~are hereby restrained from
' molesting or harassing or otherwise interfering with each other ~

3. That neither parties shall sell, dispose of any
