THIS CAUSS COMING on to be heard on Petition for Definition of
Visitation Rights and Supplemental Relief and pursuant to Notice to
Wife's counsel and Notice furnished directly to Wife and the-Wife failing
to appear and the Court having been fully advised in the premise it is
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED
That the Court find and determines that as of the 25th day
of November, A. D., 1974, the Husband is current and not in arrears in ~
child support ordered.under the jurisdiction of this Court.
That motion to define visitation rights be and is hereby granted
; and the Husband~shall be~entitled to visit with the children and wife shall
~ .
permit Husband to have the children in his temporaYy custody for visitation
purposes for a per~od not less than one (1) week, to-wit: -
~ From 12:00 o'clock P. M. December 18, 1974
, until
12:00 o'clock P. M. December 24, 1974
That in addition Husband shall be entitled to not less than
1 week sum~ner visitation with the minor children upon Susband serving notice
of intent one (1) month prior to sumaner visitation and ~Husband shall
have after serving said one (1) month prior notice temporary custody-for -
said period of visitation with the mi~or children for a one (1) week period,
~ while said minor chiZdren are out of school for summer vacation.
