Judgment In Foreclosure entered in this cause, I gave notice of public
sale ot the mortgaged property described in said judgment, by publishinq _
such notice in The News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in St. Lucie_ _
County, Florida, in the manner evidenced by Proof of Publication entered

for sale at publ~c outcry to the hiqhest and best bidder for cash, and
at the sale, the highest and best bid received for the property was that
submitted by FRED F..ADAMS and JOHN P. HORE, Individually, and as all sur-
viving Board of Directors and/or Trustees of H~ A RENTALB, INC., a Florida
dissolved corporation, being a bid in the amount of $13,744.40, and I,
thereupon, accepted that bid and sold the property to the.above-mentioned
gRED g. ADAMS and JOIiN P. HORE, Individually, and as all surviving Board

of Directors and/or Trustees of H& A RENTALS, INC., a dissolved Florida
corporation, and have retained the--proceeds of the sale for distribution
