and motion to dismiss petition filed herein by the respondent,
Lucian J. Buonantony, and the Court havinq heard arguments of
counsel and beinq fully advised in the premises, it-is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petition to adopt heretofore
_ filed by Bill E. Wyrick be and the same is hereby dismissed for '
failure to allege grounds upon which the Court may excuse the
consent to the adoption by the said Lucian J. Buonantony, as -
natural parent (F.S. S63.072). _
IT IS FURTHBR ORDERED AND ADJUDGED_that the petitioner be
given twenty days from the date of this order within which to , '
