THTS CAUS$ came on for hearing on November 27, 1974, upon
petition of tha wife ~or dissolution of marriage, and the petition
er, SHARON L. DiSCIASCiO, havinq appeared ~3.th counael, LES

MUSC80~i'T, ESQDIRE, and that due and legal service of process was
had by constructive servics upon LOOIS A. DiSCIASCIO, reapondent,
,and the said respondent havinq failed to answer or otherWise file
~any w~citten defenses to the petition herein as required, and upon
~motion of the wife, a Default Judgment was entered in thia matter
~on November 21~, 1974, by the Clerk of the Court, and the Court
having heard testin~ny of the petitioner, and her witness, and
; having considered evidence, arqument of connsel and beinq other-
+wise fully advised in the premises. the Court finds and decidea

(1) This Court has jurisdiction of the partiee and subject
~matter of this action.
(2) The Default Judgment previoualy entered in this cause
~is ratified and confirmed.

' (3) The marriage between the petitioner and respondent is

~dissolved because it is irretrievably broken. ~
~ (4) The care, custody and control of the minor child of the
~ iparties, IAUIS MICAAEL DiSCIASCIO, age four (4) years,.is granted

to the petitioner, subject to the respondent's riqht of reasonable

'':visitation.
~ (5) SAARON L. DiSCIASCIO's maiden name is restored and she
shall be known as SHARON L. WEERS hereafter. ~
