This is a second mortqage and is inferior to the first
mortqage held by CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, recorded in O. R. Book 232, paqe 2982-2983,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floiida, which mortgaqe the
mortgaqors herein assume and agree to pay. ~
In the event that-the mortqaqors default in any payment
condition stipulated in any prior mortqaqe for a period of sixty
days, or in the event of any default in a prior mortqage so as to .
cause such.prior mortqaqe to be accelerated and become due and pay _
able during the continuance of this mortgaqe, then•the entire sums
secured by this mortgage shall become due and payable at the optio
~ of the -mortgagee. ~
