- ORDER FOR TBMPORARY RELIEF
This cause came on for hearing on November 26,_1974
upon those portions of the.Wife's Petition filed herein
seeking temporary.relief and the Court having heard testimony
of the parties and argument of counsel for the respective
parties and being fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband, WILLIAM B. YOUNG, shall have the
exclusive right to live in~the marital dwelling. _
. 2. Commencing Wednesday, November 27, 1974 WILLIA.~1
B. YOUNG shall pay to WANITAH G. YOUNG the sum of $100 each _
and every week as temporary alimony. Each payment shall be

made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly
to WANITAH G. YOUNG. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum af $1 as statutory costs to he added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order _
or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
3. The Husband, WILLIAM B. YOUNG, shall take care of
~ and be responsible for the husbandry of the three dogs and litter
of puppies.
4. The Wife, WANITAH G. YOUNG, shall have the right
to entet the marital dwelling and remove her clothing and personal
effects therefrom.
