This action was tried without jury on November_ 6, 1974, upon
the pleadinqs filed herein. The Court'having made certain findinqs
of fact which have been transcribed and which are incorporated by
' reference herein, upon consideration it is, .
ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED that: . ' -
1. The Court-has jurisdiction of~the parties to this cause
and the subject matter.
2. The equities of this cause are with the Defendants and
~ Counter-claimants. . ~

~ 3. The Complaint be and the same is hereby dismissed and that

the prayer for relief prayed for by the Defendants and Counter-
claimants be and the same is hereby granted and the Defendants and
~ Counter-claimants are adjudged to be the owners in fee simple.to
the land subject to the litigation which is described as follows,
to-wit: -
From the Southeast corner of the East ~ of the Northeast .
~ of the Southeast ~ of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run West 44.5
feet to a concrete monument and the point of beginning;
thence continue West on the quarter-quarter section line
623.69 feet to a concrete monumentf thence on an angle
of 90°18'30" as measured from East to North run North
44.5 feet to a concrete monument; thence run Easterly
623.62 feet to a concrete monument, said monument being
53.5 feet North of the point of beginning and 44.5 feet ~
West of the East line of said Section 8; thence run South
53.5 feet to the point of beginninq, -
being the land~drawn on the sketch of survey by Gerald Weatherington
admitted into evidence and incorporated by reference herein.
