FINAL JUDGMENT
~ - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on to be heard on November•26, 1974 and .
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is, thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
i l. The marriag e between ROBERT CLYDE KNOWLES and. ~

~ GLADYS M. KNOWLES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the

parties ahd each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
gations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of ROBERT JOHN KNOWLES and CZNDY ANN
KNOWLES and LISA KNOWLES, minor children of the parties, is
. hereby awarded to GLADYS M. KNOWLES, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to ROBERT CLYDE RNOWLES. _
~ ~ 3. Commencing December 2, I974, ROBERT CLYDE RNdWLES

~ shall pay to GLADYS M. KNOWLES the sum~of Seventy-five Dollars
($75.00) each and every week for the support of the children
- named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted~~promptly to GLADYS M. KNOWLES. In
