arid the Cour~ having given fti].1 consideration to all the evidence finds sud
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties aad sub~ect matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and ~rife nair exists bet~reen the parties;
The Court having heard the defendsat's motion to continue and finding denies the
same in part aad graats the same in part; erid that tbe marriage between the
arties is irretrievably broken aad should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERSD aud ADJZJDGED as follawrs :
