and the attorney for the plaintiff having advised the Court that he
requests leave to file his first Amended Complaint, and there being
no objection thereto, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the~plaintiff is hereby given leave Co
file an Amended Complaint, which Complaint should be filed within twenty
(20) days from ~he date of this Order, and the defendant shall have
fifteen t15) days thereafter in which to plead thereto. ~
