That PLEASURE COVE MOBILE HOME PARK, INC., a Florida ~
corporation, whose principal place of business is 3030 South U. S.
Highway #1, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, of the first
part, ~or and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 lawful money
of the United States, to it paid b~ FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY,
of Fort Pierce, Florida,-partq of the second part, the receipt ,
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
transferred and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, ~
sell, transfer and deliver unto the said party of the second part, '
the following goods and chattels:
That certain lift station (manufactured by Smith &
Loveless) together with all underground sanitary
sewer-~ines, including mains and manholes, located
at Pleasure Cove Mobile Home Park in the City of Fort
Pierce, Florida, as per the plans prepared by Wood,
Beard and Associates, Inc., setting forth the Sewer
System Easements dated 9/11/74 and prepared by Alfredo
M. Lopez-Aguita, Registered Professional Engineer.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second

party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part that party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the said goods and chattels; that party of the first.part
has good right to sell the same as aforesaid, and that party of the
first part will warrant and defend the sale of the said property,

; part, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons.
