This cause cominq on for final hearinq this 27th day of November, 1974 upon the Petition for Dissolution of Marriaqe and_ ~~answer filed thereto and the wife and one corroboratinq witness alonq with her counsel haping appeared at final hearing aa~d the ~husband having failed to appear at the final hearing although the attorney for the husband had stated by telephone to the attorney for the wife just prior to the final hearing that he Ihad been unable for many months to locate his client and he ~ ~bel'ieved his client to be residing out of state and said counsel ~~further indicating that he would not object to the_awardinq of $1200.00 alimony to the wife in accordance with the written ~ Separation Agreement previously entered into and the Court fiaving l ~ ~heard the evidence and having reviewed the Separation Agreement, ~ , _#it is upon consideration ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 4 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between f }BOBBY RAY MOORE and JUDY LEE MOORE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever lfreed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~them and from the obliqations arising therefrom. ! 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement aqreement admitted , - { ~into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the ~ ~ ~ 'parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ ~ ~ 3. ALIMONY.
