TEMPORARY ORDBR
This cause was heard after notice, upon the
Petitioner's demand for temporary relief while this
cause is pendinq. The Court having heard the evidence ~
presented and the arguments of. counsel, and being fullg
advised, it is
ORDERRD AND ADJUDGED_that custody of the minor-.child-
ien of the parties, to-wit, GARY A. FAIRCLOTH and DAVID E.
FAIRCLOTH, is awarded to the Petitioner, LILLIAN A. FAIRCLOTH,
; _ with reasonable visitation rights reserved unto the Respond-

~ ent, RIRBY G. FAIRCI~OTH. .

~ - The Responde~-i~-ordered to pay forthwith to the
Petitioner the sum of Fifty Dol.lars ($50.00). Commencing
~December 6, 1974, the Respondent is -ordered to pay to Peti-
tioner the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)-each and-"
every week, for the support of the children named abave.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Petition~r,
~ LILLIAN A. FAIRCLOTH. In addition, there is hereby assess-
ed the swn of One Dollar ($1.00) statuatory costa to be
