RESOLVPION NO. 74-140
W~REAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the 5th day of November, 19?4, after
first publiahinq notice of said hearing in the News Tribune at

abandoning that portion of the following described right of way,
and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and
the public in and to the lands lying within that portion of said
right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
The South~20 feet of Lot 1; the East 40 feet •
of Lot 7; the East 40 feet of the South 20 ~
feet of Lot 2 and the North 20 feet_of Lot 8,
all iri the SW~ of Model Land Company's Sub-
division of Section 23, Township 35 SoutJ,i,
Range 39 East. (Shype Road)

WH$REAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to '
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any riqht of-St. Lucie County and the pub1ic in ana
to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of
~he Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the
4 public to close, vacate and abandon said road and_disclafm and

NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESE~„VED by the Board of County Coimnis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 12th~ _
day of November, 1974, as follows: -
1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, Florida
described as follows:
The South 20 feet of L~t 1; the East 40 feet of
_ Lot 7; the East 40 feet of the South 20 feet of-
Lot 2 and the North 20 feet of Lot 8, all in the
SW'~ of Model Land Company's Subdivision of Section
23, Township 35 South, Range 39 East. (Shype Road) ~
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned,"and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the land lying
within said right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced._
2. That a Not~ce of Adoption of this resolution shall be
