hereinafter referred to as Mortqagors by Indenture of Mortgaqe
beariaq date the 30th day of June, 1972 and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the County of St. Lucie,
_State of Florida, in Official Records Book 204 at Paqe 244, qranted
and conveyed unto L~OUISS PAI,MSR, hereinafter referred to as the ~
Mortqaqee, and her assiqns, the premises.therein particularly -
described to secure the payment of the sum of Seventy Thousand
($70,000.00) Dollars with intereat as therein mentioned:

said mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part-of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of said .

the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described
as follaws:

East, alonq the north line of said Government Lot l, 25.2 feet to
~ the easterly riqht-of-way line of Florida East Coast Railway Co., ~
~ thence South 20°43' Sast, along the easterly right-of way line of
Florida $a?st Coast Rail~ay Co., 303 feet to the Foint of Beginning
of the lands herein described, said point being at the intersection
of the easterly right-of way line of- Florida. East Coast Railway Co.
and the westerly extension of an existing fence line extending
easterly therefrom; .
