an undivided 1/8 interest and Henry M. Jernigan as to an undlvided 1/8 interest

WNEREAS, The State of Florida ~epartment of Transportation has advised .
that the property hereinafter described is not necessar_y for hiqh++ay purr~oses,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth; .
NON THEREFORE, The State of Florida, throuqh the State of Florida Board
of Trustees of-the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fifteen Dollars (515.00) and the foreqoinq considerations has remised,
released, and ~uitclaiined, and by these presents does renise, release and
quitclaim unto the said F~J Associates as to an undivided 3/8 interest,
Frances Nogel frisbee as to an undivided 3/8 interest, Richard F~isbee as to
an undivided 1/8 interest and Henry M. Jernigan as to an undirided l/8 lnterest
