having heard arguments of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD as follows:
~1. - CIIS~DY.: Custody of DONALD EMORY RODS$., II, minor

child of the part~es, is hereby awarded to the Wife, MARGARET BROWN
ROUSE, with reasonable visitation riqhts reserved to the Husband,
DONALD E. ROUS$.
~ 2. SUPPORT. Co~rencinq xhe 27th day of November, 1974,
the Husband, DONALD EMORY ROOSE, shall pay to the Wife, MARGARET
~ BROWN ROUSE, the sum of $70.00 each and eve~y week, for the support -

of the above-na~d child of the parties and . the Wife . The first
payment is to be made directly ta VINCENT A. LIAYD, attorney
for the Wife, on or before Friday, November 29, 1974.
Each subsequent payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court and by him remitted pro~nptly to MARGARET BROWN
ROUSE. In additi.on there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added to_each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this Order is in effect. ~
