of a certain mortgage ~eed executed by LAND CONSULTANTS INCORPORATED
to LAND CONSULTANTS INCORPORATED bearing date the 26th day of
September, A.U. 1974 recorded in.O.R. B~ok 232, page 1383, in the
office of th~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State '
of Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of Three
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six (s3,2S6.00) Dollars, and certain
promises and obligations set~forth in said mortgage deed, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as follows, to
wit: - .
Lot 21, Block 74, of PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 28, a
Subdivision according to the Plat xhereof, recorded in
Plat Book 14,.Page 7, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the
