RESOLUTION ~

SECRETARY OF Z`RANSPORTATION

WHEREAS, under Floricia Statutes.335.042, the Secretary of ;
tion has authorit t~ locate and designate certain roads in the ~
Transporta Y ,

State Highway System and construct and maintain the same with funds which ~
~
are now or which may hereafter become.available from the state or from the ~
state and federal government'; and
WHEREAS, under Florida Statutes 338.01, the highway authorities
of the state, counties, cities, towns and villages acting alone or in
cooperation with each other or ~~ith any federal, state, or ~.ocal agency
z.
' of any other state having authority to participate in the construction and_ ~
maintenance of highways, are authori2ed to plan, designate, establish,
regulate, vacate, alter, improve, maintain, and provide limited access
facilities for public use whenever such authority or authorities are of the
opinion_ that traffic conditions, present or future, will justify such }
specical facilities; and . ~

WHEREAS, there has been prepared a map or plat of survey and _ ~

be and the same is hereby made and adopted as Section

BE IT FURT~IER RESOLVED, that said map or plat of such survey and
location, certified by the Director of Administration, shall be filed in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit~Court of each county through which~
such~state road or section thereof, so surveyed and located, shall run;
BE IT ~URTHF.R RESOL~IED, that the Secretary of Transportation -
~
~ finding that traffic conditions, present or future, ~vould justify said
nighway being designated as a limit~d access facility, hereby designates t;~e
same as a limited access facility; and,
