NEWMAN, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial November 27, 1974 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon . ORDERED AND~ADJUDGED as follows: " 1. The marriage between CLAIR E. NEWMAN and GLADYS ~ ~ R. NEWMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the_parties ~ ~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. _ 2. The awarding of ali.mony to GLADYS R. NEWMAN is hereby reserved by the Court due to the present finanaial con- , dition of the Husband. - 3. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto is retained for tlie entry of such further orders as ~y ~ be proper. ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this ~ day of December, 1974. .
