This cause came on to be heard on Motion to Vacate and
for Supplemental Order filed by the Husband, and the Court
having heard testimony of the parties and argument of counsel
for the respective parties and being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, WALTER A. GRIMES, JR., be -
relieved of paying to the Wife, FRANCES H. GRIMES, the $300 -
arrearage pursuant to the Final Judgment herein.
2. That the Wife, FRANCES H. GRIMES, is relieved of
making any payment to the Husband, WALTER A. GRIMES, JR.~, on

I the 1973 income tax joint return and the Husband shall pay to
E the Collector of Internal Revenue Service the full sum of
- $1,323.11 and penalty of $66.16, making a total assessment
~ against the Husband of $1,389.27.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this ~ day of December, -
