Power & L'+ght Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the co~stnictian, operation and main-
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equiprr.ent) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of o~ ~emove wch facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, t~im and keep ctear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endange~ or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our property describ~
