In conside~ation of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Campany of 51.00 and other good and
valuable considerativn which I/we have ~eceived, I/we and those holding through me/us„ grant and g'nre to f lorida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstructwn, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (inctuding wires, poles, guys~ cable~ oonduits, transformer encb~res and
appurte~ant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the rght to ~oor~struct, imprave, add to, change -
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to pemnit the aitachment of oonduits„ wi~es or cables of anY
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clea~ all trees„ brush and underg~owth or othe~ obstnicta~ ~
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and acrass my/our property desixibed
as follows; - '

The West 165 feet of the North 316 feet of the South 346 feet of the -
SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 8, Tawnship 35 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The easement more particularly described as the West 25 feet of the
above described property. Also-an anchor easement being the South -

f"'~~ this easement to be parallel to and adjacent to the North rightrof-way
~ " line of Delaware Avenue as it now exists. -
