In consideration of the payment to ~ us by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which i/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Flo~ida
Power & Light Company and its w~rs and assigns an easement for the coc?struction, operation and main-
te~anoe of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, c:ables, oonduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment~ to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~econstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attad~ment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clea~ all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, are~, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;

as in OR Book 218, Page 2860, Section 24, Toymship 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie

The Easement more particularly described as the East 30 feet of the West 114 feet of
the above prope~ty, being adjacent to and parallel r~ith the proposed widening of T~ylor
