Power & Light Com~ny and its su~rs and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and mairt-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transforme~ enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires o~ cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim a~d keep clear all t~ees, brush and undergrowth or Qther obstructions
