In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good a~d
valuable co~sideration which 1/we have received, 1/we and those holdi~g through me/us, g~ant and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its succes9ors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (.including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, imprwe, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities o~ any of them; to pernnit the attachmerit of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut; trim and keep clea~ all t~ees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions _
that might endange~ or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, unde~, and across my/our property describezi
as follows;
The West 10 feet of Lot 7, Block 5, Unit 8B, I.AREWOOD PARR, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, pag~ 48, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ' -
~ It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to
f and parallel with the East right-of-way line of Hnerson Avenue as
it now exists.. '
