SUBORDINATION ACREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that MAJOR
ELECTRICAI. SUPPLIES, INC., a Florida Corporation, the owner and
holder of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness secured
thereby, egecuted by JOSEPH EUGENE PARRISR a/k/a J. E. PARRISH an
~ LOIS C. PARRISH. his wife, under date of August 15, 1974, recorde
in O. R. Book 231,-page 1835-1837, St. Lucie County, Florida publ
records, encwnbering real property situate in St. Lucie County.
Florida, as follows:
Parcel 1: Lots 14 and 15 of HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION, being a part
